Details of The Attending Registration

Join as Presenter

If you wish to present at Asia EISC 2026 without having your paper included in the conference proceedings, you may register as a Presenter. In this case, you will only need to submit the abstract and title of your presentation during the registration process. Join as Listener

As a Listener, you’ll gain access to a diverse range of academic sessions and discussions, as well as valuable networking opportunities. To attend, simply complete your registration as a Listener by the specified deadline. We look forward to having you with us!


Details of The Registration Fees

 

* One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding book.

* Abstract registration is for Presentation ONLY. The abstract will NOT be published.

* Only one paper can be included into the journal by paying one registration fee; you can pay Extra Paper Charges (380 USD) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.

* The registration fee includes hard copy of the journal, reception, lunch, coffee-break, conference bag, conference souvenir and attending all technical sessions.

* For all accepted papers, the registration fee needs to be paid before the deadline. Please note that your paper will be removed from the conference proceeding if the fee is not received by that date.

* Please note that the paid registration fee can not be refund if you can not participate in the conference.


Refunds Policy

If attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:

1. Cancellation made 60 days prior to the conference date, 100% of the payment will be refunded. (Bank/transaction fee charged by the third party will not applied).

2. If cancellation is initiated at least 30 days prior to the conference date, a refund equivalent to 50% of the payment made will be issued.

3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date.

4. All no shows will not be eligible for refunds.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

* Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted via email. It should be noted that the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, campus conditions, travel disruptions, visa issues, or health-related concerns.
